/ Beauty, Make Up

I love makeup brushes, it’s something that I am willing to pay a high price for and I have been lucky enough to go to Japan and have custom made brushes made for me, but I’m curious and wanted to see what kind of quality I would get from buying on Ebay. These brushes were cheap £7.95 for 10 Kabuki Style Brushes and I wasn’t holding much hope for them, especially when I opened the packed and the smell of the glue was so overwhelming it was disgusting.

I let the brushes air for a week and the smell disappeared, and then gave them a wash and they are surprisingly good. They are incredibly soft on the skin and blend foundation really well. The different shapes fit the contours of my face really well and the eye brushes blend quite nicely.

These brushes look good too, the matte black handle and the silver ferrel look very professional. You can buy them in different colours too but I really like this classic look. I think I’m going to explore more into eye brushes and other tools. Its not too much money to loose if they are rubbish and in this case it was obviously worth the risk, and I’m really happy with them.

I really am surprised at how good these brushes are for the price.
