E.L.F brushes are a bit of a surprise. To be honest you expect them to be a bit rubbish but actually some of them are really good. They do all sorts of brushes, all the basic ones eyeshadow, foundation, blush but they also do stippling, kabuki, smudge, contour, angled brushes, flat top brushes… its great.

There are different ranges, the basic Professional range, Studio and a Bamboo collection, I mostly have brushes from the studio range and have been pretty impressed with all of them. Anti Bacterial and synthetic hair, I have found they do work well on both dry and wet products. The brushes wash well, and I haven’t had a problem with the hairs dropping or losing shape. My favourite is the pointed foundation brush which I use for both foundation and concealer, blush brush which I also use for contouring, and the blending eye brush. If you are new to makeup and don’t want to spend too much, or just looking for alternatives I think these are really worth a try.

Prices start from £1.95 available from www.eyeslipsface.co.uk
